10. Fees & Payments

• Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Standard commission: 3% of the transaction value 

• Payment terms: 50% due upon signing a reservation or preliminary agreement (if applicable), and 50% at any notary signing. If no preliminary agreement is signed, the full commission is due at the notary.

• Travel expenses, if required, are not included in the commission.
